Luo Qing is was born in Shandong province and was raised and educated in Taiwan.
Lo Qing represents the post-war generation of artists using their identification with and experience of life in Taiwan as sources of inspiration for their art. Based in Taipei, teacher of English and Chinese culture at National Taiwan Normal University (Guoli Taiwan Shifan Daxue).
